Should a Graphics program be made for the Dreamcast?

I kind of asked this because it would be cool to do Photoshop or painter shit on the Dreamcast.
Just wondering if something like this can be done.

I had this idea as well, Thanks to Ian, Dreamfroto C64 emulator, lots of great desktop shit, maybe one day it will be able to save to the serial sd.
