I've made a 3D printable compartment for storing the battery and the 12v regulator inside the Dreamcast

Post by Midori »

When I modded my Dreamcast and removed the 12v regulator from the PSU and the original battery, I was worried they would eventually get lost, since they're kinda small, so I made this compartment that can be glued on the GDEMU's mount, so I'll always know where the components are stored. If anyone else is interested in printing their own, the download link and instructions can be found on it's Printables page:

EDIT: the user Fair_Advance_6352 on Reddit noted that the battery may leak if stored for a long time. I don't know how much time it takes for this to happen, but on the link are also available smaller, individual compartments, so the person can print a compartment just for the regulator if they want.
