Christmas Seaman?

Hey so I am trying to use Christmas Seaman by trial and error but when I am enterted into a selection menu there is 4 options the bottom one goes back to intro, and the third one goes to some config menu. The other 2 it will not allow me to select. Can anyone provide and help to me?
