F*** that site.

Where else can you get people charging, if only if for full bandwidth, downloads of directly hosted Warez? Their server must be hosted in a country that prevents prosecution.

Not to mention certain member's of their site stealing credit...

They are sraight up pirates, who make money off of stuff they have no investment in, from the game makers or the people from the scene.

They do have free downloads and this is where you can get covers for your dreamcast games including homebrew games. This is where Dobbs uploads his covers for others.

Well, that site saved so many of Smith's Bleemed games its not funny. You have no risk of losing any uploads there due to the links being flagged like what happened to all of Smith's 150+ Bleemed games on his Megaupload links.

Its nice to at least have a place where things like that are backed up. Also, if you guys use a download accelerator like Orbit downloader, you can get upwards of 300+kbps from the site.

Its nice to get games from there instead of using multiple links, that are arduous to say the least to use. Nowadays I can't get Jdownloader to work on this damn OS I have here for the life of me, never had the problem before though.

The only problem i see with that site is its failed abbility to be organized. I agree that its a great place to upload games and crap like that since they will never go away but lets get real here.
1. you cant post
2. the uploads are disorganized. if they really want to be sweet make sure all uploads are in CDI FORMAT (since thats what most should be in) and have its own DCRES Section for gods sake.
3.Have the people know what they are talking about. (some idiot thought capcom fighting collection was an actual game made by sega)
4. have 1 upload per region game. again why have 4 different uploads of the same CDI FILE MAKES NO SENSE
I have no rants against them its just thats what they need to do. how can you be a pay site when there are these bs easy to solve problems

4. Some releases are mods, or are simply original rars or different file types, however I agree that CDI is the best format.

I think that you should take a look over at Xboxisozone. It has just been updated and is WAY better looking and has mor userfriendly features than the now sadly archaic DCisozone.

I think Jambo the site creator is going to be updating the DCiso site to reflect the changes in the xbox counterpart.

I think DCisoZone for videogames is like a library to DC games, It helps archive videogames that wouldn't have interested most gamers but for the four people who actually own a Dreamcast if you like the game go out and buy it! Where else am I going to get the "Rez beta". The site has went downhill I rarely find myself going on there any more the community was top-notch tho, but now I have resorted to Dreamcast violence and vandalism, The Russian crew that wear balaclavas I think they can sum up the Pirate DC scene.

Well, DCisoZone was hacked and the cover section was plastered with porn from what I understand from the person who runs it. He had to make some changes.

No, its just a guy spamming by using another persons name, as you can post anonomously, by just entering whatever you like in the name section. So it looks like it is the site owner, but it really is not. It is ssome immature kid that has way too much free time on his hands and not enough real life interaction with people.

It started as some kid trying to post fake uploads and when you open the rar file, it was just a fucking link to a stupid fighter games only site.

Now he has resorted to uploading MP3's to make it look like its a legit MB for a file. I think the owner just IP banned his ass, so it should slow down for a while lol.
