Can the Dream On demo discs be patched to run 60hz?

I’ve been playing and speedrunning the Toy Commander demos on the Dream on demo discs 4 and 11, and so far the other runners haven’t tried these because they’re stuck in the PAL region, these demos don’t give you the option to switch from 50 to 60 hz but my DCDigital converts the signal to 60 hz automatically, but the AV port still stays in 50hz(I run both when speedrunning, one for video capture and one to my tv) so I’m wondering if anyone could help patch the games to run at 60hz so other runners can try out the demos and they can be more accessible in the community!

on the dreamon discs properly patching the IP.BIN to region free makes the screen central. Booting from original disc though maybe one of the region patchers could work?
