Hey fellow DC enthusiasts, I been looking for a working copy for Hidden & Dangerous for months now, tried every cdi copy off the 1st few pages on google/main DC emulator sites like coolrom/cdromance/romhustler/archive/torrent/etc
If anyone has a working cdi copy they can hook me up with I will gladly toss you something useful in return.

Works fine on my DC(gdemu) and with flycast emulator.
Maybe you need DiscJuggler or a new burner...

Re: (Last resort)Looking for a working .cdi of Hidden & Dangerous
Thought I made it clear that I am looking for a working burnable .cdi of the game and already tried archive.org copy…but I just tested it again on the chance that you're correct and the copy works and mine just failed when I wrote it but again no good & another cdr wasted, just sayin for future downloaders, don’t waste your time/cdr’s on this or any other of the sites I tested and stated. (Also tried this copy with my DreamShell/Serial SD card adapter and did not load)
So again, if anyone has a 100 tested/working .CDI of Hidden & Dangerous, I will gladly toss you something useful in return.

Burned it works for me so not sure what your doing just because a game work or does not on your dreamcast after you burn it has nothing to do with the cdi these have been burned and tested for 1000's of people ..fukcer wrote:Thought I made it clear that I am looking for a working burnable .cdi of the game and already tried archive.org copy…but I just tested it again on the chance that you're correct and the copy works and mine just failed when I wrote it but again no good & another cdr wasted, just sayin for future downloaders, don’t waste your time/cdr’s on this or any other of the sites I tested and stated. variable is Your dvd burner and your dreamcast laser you can burn many games and they work or not this is the same with gdrom games the dreamcast when the laser is week will boot some and not others..
Hidden & Dangerous is wince course it will not work on Dreamshell..
https://cdromance.com/dc-iso/hidden-dangerous-usa/ working burned perfect
This game is very heavy on the gdrom if it's not adjusted correct it will not load this game it load others fine.. See video below maybe did not know.. just because it plays insert game name it play all them that is not correct.. your laser is dieing mate
BTW burned both from archive and cdromance both work flawless.. Watch video i burned it then pop it straight in ..
It works perfect from both cdi isos

Re: (Last resort)Looking for a working .cdi of Hidden & Dangerous
This shit happened to me on over 4 different Dreamcast systems. Even after adjusting the potentiometer it will still ultimately and eventually fail. You need to man up and get a GDEMU for $60 mate. Best investment you will ever make for the system. I had a clone GDEMU since they first came out and were available in 2018. Never looked back. And I was a power user burning 99 min CDR's for people who wanted the Shenmue 2 Xbox English mod for Dreamcast with lossless audio which I made for dozens and dozens of people, maybe 100, just ask Nico0020 who I used to buy them from who lives in Japan and shipped them to me here in Texas. Not cheap to do at all for either of us lol. Now, I fully enjoy 100% compatibility and 100% lossless audio, FMV's and even in some cases single disc conversions of multi-disc games such as Headhunter.
The first thing to go on Dreamcast is the disc drive. Pretty much everything else is bulletproof sans the controller port fuse, or the CMOS battery. Those are little problems, which are worrisome but the disc drive is the main culprit. Welcome to the future, the 21st century where eventually most people will be using ODE's. Just a matter of time before people conform and the adoption rate will be 100% as there will be no other solutions. Just a matter of time and you are playing the waiting game.
P.S. If you so happen to be using a Mad Catz rumble pack, and your game is having major slowdown, that might be an issue. I highly doubt it on this game, but if you own one of those and play Kiss Psycho Circus then you will get single digit frames per second! Super slow! Just an FYI and heads up. Highly doubt it for this title, but you never know. I never had any issue with other games save for Kiss. Other than that no idea if that is your problem.
