dont know what to do iv tryed everything. pso probs

so i was powering up my dream cast with dream pi loaded up pso on sylverant with PSO ives pack 2.0. it connects then gets stuck on the lobby screen loading then says "connection lost" this has never happend before. i cant join. iv Replace my line voltage battery and even Redownloaded the iso image on my GDMU. is the server down? can anyone please help me?
