Demolition racer wont work

I got 2 new copies of demolition racer recently for my working dreamcast, and neither of them work! Whenever I put them in the console the console just says there isn't a disc in. I bought both games from different online retailers and they won't work.

If you can't connect on GameCube either than I'd say it's a DNS issue. Maybe your ISP is blocking use of a custom DNS server?
