Dreamcast VGA Mod question...

Hi guys, I'm running into a rather odd problem with my VGA mod. For the last day or two certain games have made the signal really... bouncy(?). Almost like it's not grounded out all the way or receiving interference. I've checked and double checked my soldering and wires to see if any of them are being pinched or crushed and found nothing. It's really driving me crazy. I just want to play some Cannon Spike in peace!

Have any of you ran into this issue or heard of it at all? Or am I just crazy. I can get a video of it which would probably help more than my description of the issue.
