How To Change Dreamcast Boot-Up to Dev-Kit Bootup?

Hi! It's me again. I was wondering if there was there was a way to change the regular DC bootup to the bootup on the development kits without any modifications to the actual hardware. I like the dev-kit bootup more because of how cheerful and fun it is. But I love the 3D swirl the most!

If you have a method of doing this (without hardware modification), please reply.

Without modifications it's simply not possible.

Solder a replacement BIOS and you'll be good to go.
