It will be released as a standalone CDI (Disjuggler).

Are you able to swap out pvr/texture files in other games too??

You can reskin any game that uses standard texture formats.

Yes it's very possible to do so, provided the textures can be extracted and injected into whatever files they're from.

How exactly do you make a mod for a console only game like doa2 ?

is it played on a emulator on pc ?
