Yes it is! It connected and I was able to make a game no problem! I just need someone to join so I can test out the game itself.

pcwzrd13 , as you did to be able to connect? My friends are using the Dreamcast Modem connected to a PC via the "
PC-DC Server " and are failing... You could spend a step by step how you got?

I'm using a broadband adapter to connect. It just asked me for the IP and TCP port. I put those in and it connected immediately. I have a
Netopia dial-up setup as well but I haven't tried it on that yet.

When you say "it" asked you for IP and TCP port, do you mean Toy Racer asked? That's a bit odd. Most online games have a central server that the game tries to contact automatically. BlueCrab's loader, CB codes, and the like simply overwrite the server address in the game's main executable file with a new address, such as sylverant.net.
Does Toy Racer not have any kind of automatic connection option? Are you required to enter the IP address and port of the server every time you connect? If that's the case, then it would seem that no patching is necessary; you'll just have to write down the IP address and port that DC-Talk is using (once Impulse has a server running).
