T-man,
Make sure you have a Total Control Plus as opposed to a Total Control 1 or 2. I have Total Control 2 - it does all but save on the VMU. TC Plus allows you to save to the VMU!

Awesome work, Smith. I have always wanted to use a wireless controller besides those fighter pad things. Great thinking.

Re: wireless dreamcast controller solution...howto
Hi, new here, I just started typing up a long post about how I went and tested different wireless controllers out with the Total Control Plus. I somehow actually closed out the 3 paragraph post so I am going to cut to the chase.
I think a list of wireless ps2 controllers that are compatible with the TCP would be very beneficial to anyone interested. Here's my confirmed list and some I've read in other forums along with ones I know don't work.
Compatible:
Logitech Cordless Controller
Dreamgear Freedom Pad

Intec ps2-7091-a (Haven't been able to find this on the internet)

KD-222

That last one was bought off dealextreme and doesn't match the exact specs listed (it takes 3 triple a's) at their site. The buttons also look different and the control pad is dual shock lick and not circular like the others. Point being... I have no idea if a future one purchased there will be like the one I got.
I'll get into the rumored ones that work, the ones I know don't work, and what someone revealed on another board that so far to me seems like a good indicator of whether it will work or not. Anyways, if anyone still cares please give your input, has anyone been playing dreamcast with a wireless controller lately?

Good list so far. Can anyone confirm that the new Logitech Cordless Controller (2xAA batteries) works with total control plus? I have looked around and I cannot find the old logitech that takes 4xAA batteries.
Thanks!
Thanks!
Keep dreaming.

Here is another ps2 wireless controller that works with total control plus.
Bigben

And here is a youtube video of Bigben being tested. The guy claims Bigben works with total control, total control 2 and total control plus.
