Virtual-on keyboard ?

I was looking up dreamcast keyboard games and Wikki said virtual on was one. So I put the game in (VER 5.45) and nothing. So I jumped back on the internet and saw that racketboy web site said the samething. Can anyone tell if the keyboard works and if so tell me how? thanks
