It's homebrew. WHo's to say they aren't ripping off the artwork and designs from that hentai game? And does that honestly make you want to play it any less if they are?

The Dolmexica Engine also uses at this point not original art but i think we all agree that the engine is awesome.
They didnt show that art in game so hotestly it means anything probably just concept.

Sorry but it was proven to be a fake a while back.They simply took screenshots of some do it yourself pc hentai game.Over in assembler forum they presented the proof.

On a closer look, I sincerely hope they will use original models/art instead of reusing/hacking stuff from the game "3D Custom girl"...

False hopes,besides the post I showed there was another post/blog (original language I think it Portuguese) Saying they looked into the game and was proved to be a fake.I cant seem to find the link to the forum/blog it was posted in,though.

Edit:found it, it was already written in this forum.

It's a hoax. And I didn't even know about the ripped content from 3D Custom Girl before writing that.

It's quite sad to notice that they've also managed to con people from outside of Brazil.

So, is the Beta release date still October 12th.

To be honest, I am really torn here. On the one hand, looking at his posts over at dcemulation, it is clear that this Banlias dude is programming something. On the other hand, his statements concerning the game, namely the facts that he wanted to use an 800x600 resolution (bad, BAD, BAAAD idea) and the c4 engine, make me doubt the... credibility of the whole project. Not to mention the effort it would take to create 25 original characters and stages...

According to my Captain's Log, the 'lil booklet which keeps track of all the interesting stuff in the DC world, other projects of the programmer included a port of Sonic 4 using OpenSonic (which failed because he needed people to rip the animations from Sonic 4 for him) and a new PSO server for Brazilian communities. Furthermore, he's the Admin of Dreamcast.br and, more interesting, a member at Dreamcast-Talk, though he never posts here.

Looks like we'll have to wait 'till the Beta.
