my DC fan is loud should i worry?

so i recently dug out my dreamcast with the GDEMU and a laserbear 3d printed sd card mount. when i turn the console on the fan seems a bit loud not loud as in the bearing are failing just load i can tolerate the loudness was just curious if this was normal or if i should be worried i mean are all oem fans loud?

Is there a lot of visible dust and dirt? Just disconnect, give it a good clean with a toothbrush and apply some waterproof gear grease to the bearing should make it a bit quieter.

Every Dreamcast I’ve had since the late 90s has had a loud fan, including my first which was bought brand new from the factory.

Get the noctua fan mod, if you use it with an ODE it makes your Dreamcast silent.
