I don't know a lot about these micro controllers... But I now have 6 wires connected to ground. It's getting a bit cumbersome. Is it possible to connect some of the GPIO pins to ground? Maybe GP9 to G13 to ground? Or are these pins already NC and I can just bridge them to ground?megavolt85 wrote: ↑Tue Apr 15, 2025 1:35 pm Added buzzer support.
passive buzzer connect to GND and GP6
active buzzer connect to GND and GP7
active buzzer can't chenge tone signal, better use passive buzzer

Re: USB4MAPLE adapter
That's what GND is for, all ground contacts must be connected together, you can't use gpio instead of GND

Re: USB4MAPLE adapter
daisy chain them instead of individual wires for each one and that will make things much tidier, you can also use thinner wire depending on what you're already using.Jaxel wrote: ↑Wed Apr 16, 2025 7:55 amI don't know a lot about these micro controllers... @Jaxel @megavolt85
Thanks for reply guys, unfortunately buzzer is not working for me, I have two of them and have tried to connect them to both GP6 and GP7 with no success. Both are from old PC cases and measure about 15-17 ohm. I will try to find some more.

Re: USB4MAPLE adapter
Not actually that big... here it is side by side with a regular VMU.

Re: USB4MAPLE adapter
I hope you are testing with a USB flash drive inserted? buzzer is one of the parts of the VMU and it only works if the VMU is emulated, i.e. the USB flash drive is inserted into the adapter.
P.S. the same applies to the OLED display
