Probably trying to recreate constant car vibration when being driven around town by a crazy person.
Update: Crazy Taxi ran perfectly with my knock-off Xbox 360 wireless controller. Rumble was exactly as expected. NOT using the latest test version of the firmware. I would prefer it be left alone. Granted the knock-off controller does have a lighter rumble by default.
This guy has been pretty awesome for $21: https://www.amazon.com/Replacement-Xbox ... 0CPLPMC93/
Note: You can turn off rumble during gameplay with the Start button to bring up the in-game menu.
What a game, an absolute classic!

@Megavolt Would it be possible to customize controls on a per-game basis by checking the game ID like you do with the virtual VMUs? For example, in POD you could map Up on a racing wheel d-pad to accelerate and Down to break. This would make navigating the menus easier but wouldn't mess up other games.

As far as I understand, POD does not support the steering wheel, you just need to make a list of games that do not work with the steering wheel and emulate the controller for them so that the button mapping is suitable for everyone
