C - ASCII Fighting (8bitdo M30)
Z - Arcade Stick (8bitdo M30)

Are these modes that Megavolt added specifically for this controller? Do you have to hold another button before pressing these?

Yes, only this pad, Home + C and Home + Z.

It has performed above & beyond my expectation. Quality is quite good. Full support, including rumble. Just plug in the receiver and go. Also works with the WingmanSD.

8bitdo M30 Configuration (Wired Mode):

I think I got it figured out.

D-input mode (controller off, turn on with start + b, plug in cable) (super important)
D-pad mode (select + up for 5 seconds)

Gamepad does not have any rumble motors.

We now have 2 new modes for a total of 6.
New: Arcade Stick mode (home + z), supports buttons a through z, lb = z rb = c
New: ASCII Pad FT mode (home + c), button layout is same as above

Twin Stick mode (home + y) layout:

- first stick
d-pad

- second stick
y = up
a = down
x = left
b = right

select = d (pause)

lb = face button x
rb = face button a
z = face button y
c = face button b

I have an 8bitdo Pro 2 controller (a powerhouse of controllers).
I put it in d-input mode and made a log file. Didn't work in x-input mode (wired xbox 360 emulation).
What else do I need to do so you can update the firmware for support?
It says 1 HID report - is there debug firmware I should install?
