Noctua fan mod intake or exhaust?

I have the Noctua fan mod on my Dreamcast.
Is it better to use it as an intake to blow cool air onto the power supply and GDEMU i have installed or as an exhaust to blow the hot air out of the console?

You want to move air that has absorbed heat out. It also reduces the intake of dust into the unit.

Exhaust. If you blow air in, you also must blow it out.. otherwise the heat stays in
Or you can just blow the heat out
