Notepad++ ftw. Really I guess it depends on your personal knowledge of html.

I'm working on Dreamweaver 4 and testing with Macromedia Flash 3 and FutureSlash Animator (Macromedia Flash 1)

Dreamweaver makes it pretty easy, but I did get a HTML 3 book from my library by Dave Raggett>

If anyone has any better suggestions or knows what version of flash here I should be using, I'd love to hear them
