Dreamcast not loading pages

Edit: sorry I wasn't very clear, i was really mad while i was writing this. I'm specifically trying to access the web browser, but also trying to setup quake 3. I believe it is successful in dialing the modem, but no pages load. I'm also noticing a "Failed to start dhcpcd on all services" error on my dreampi.

So does it say its connected once dialing is done? Also make sure you don't have any ip conflicts with .98 or .99 on your network.

Yes, it does. It just stays on the menu screen before timing out.

Ok, I figured out that my .98 device is a smart plug, and my .99 device is an unknown device. I'm going to try unplugging the smart plug.

ok, turns out i just had to use a static ip.
