Converting xploader dc code save to cb?

so i was looking through dream explorer by blueswirl and saw they had another section for Xploder DC (PAL version of codebreaker) now looking at the internal filename (what the dreamcast itself sees is the) is the exact same from codebreaker (FCDCHEATS) the only difference i note is that XPDC has the PAL dreamcast logo as it's save icon where as codebreaker has no icon

or must i hex edit to trick the save into loading on codebreaker?
