DreamPi Issue. Raspberry pi Model 3 A+ hangs on boot up

I have a pi 3 A+ and it hangs on the color splash screen when it's booting DreamPi. I do not have another pi to test with. I tried reflashing the SD card and same thing happens. Any ideas on how to fix this?

The 3 A+ works with the Pi 4 image.
