I have material (Beta / Demo) but I do not publish that I could provide you so you can do tests.
Give me a few days or maybe just hours to find the material and send it to you.

Ok no worries :) All of this is wip as you might know.. I ported the use of 16 and 32 but it's slow still.. Sometimes you can do some pal swaps on things and get it running ok..

8 bit pal is still very fast and smooth if you work with in the limits..

this is complex engine and code and i have added bits to the port that were never meant to be used on dreamcast..

Since all official version support is gone..

Looking forward to testing just drop me pm or email..

Thank you i will take a look but i can tell you 640x480 on dreamcast is a no go when using this engine it uses lots more ram to start with and that be why full screen alpha would be so costly.. 320x240 scale every thing to this.. with out opengl rendering and scaling 640x480 is not going to work.. When you use 640x480 it's software scaling plus converting to 16 is super slow..

other sizes work but there useless 320x240 is max with software engine like this with out gpu or opengl rending..

Faster then GDEMU loading from a slow serial port sd card Gdrom calls are now past what would work on a cdr or gdemu this will not boot from gdemu or cdr only SDcard and serial port

https://mega.nz/file/KNgyTaBS#UZG0lis5s ... K-hF-iQDQo

Plainfiles this is dreamshell retro dream only look at the video for the settings to use

7 sec to boot

Dont try using this on a cdr or gdemu it just freeze

This does not work on a IDE mod on dreamshell so you going to use my older version or a serial port reader.. I have no way of debugging for that mod I'm using custom code that works for what i say it does the videos are real hardware tested and double tested..
