That's what I did. No go. May try re-formatting using 32k clusters rather than 64. As you can see I am grasping at straws as I am at wit's end.
Are you running latest firmware?
Can you provide a screen shot of your folder structure? Just want to double check you aren't over looking something.

Xiden,
I'm using the larest firmware which made menu screen black.
When I come home from work I will upload screenshot of my folder structure.
In a nutshell the files are in reverse order with the gdi file last in sequence.
BTW tried 32k clusters, no difference. Also using Sandisk Cruzer 64gb drive.

Which dumper group do you recommend. The Chu Chu rocket gdi was from redump.org.

I'm use only TOSEC

trackXX.ext

XX - is number
ext - is raw, bin or iso

is good style and supported by all EMU, ODE and software

on your screenshot i'm look example of bad naming
i'm check many images with this name style, all images dumped on PC CD drive and have problem with merge, tracks merged with not real LBA

Downloaded several images from TruRip. They all worked beautifully. Thanks everybody for the help. BTW
my drive is still at 32k clusters. Seem to fine or should I reformat at 64k?
