How to burn the Sylverant Patcher?

So i burned it using the default windows burner, it wont load, and when i used imgburn, it said "Invalid or unsupported image file format!" (probably because the download gave me a .BIN file, but i have no clue on how to get a file that WILL work)
its not working, how can i fix this? (im not keen on burning things to discs, ive never tried it before now, so any help would be greatly appreciated! )

download imgburn from DClive.. it comes with instructions

tried that too, it kept saying "Reboot your system!" when i tried to go to the setup

the patcher on dclive should be a cdi

Having a issue on which file in the pso_patcher-2.0-cdi to burn to the CD? Is it the whole folder?
