How do I update to the most recent version of OpenMenu? I'm always having boot issues with the version that comes with GDMenuManager.

This guide shows how to grab latest version of megavolt85's fork of openMenu for use with the card manager software.

I also suggest you delete any pre-existing openMenu settings file on your VMU, save them again, and ensure VMU is always present when you power on console.

Will doing this overwrite all my custom box art?

It looks like I already have RC1.1 either way.

If your 1ST_READ.BIN already matches the 1ST_READ.BIN from the GitHub package in my video, no need to overwrite it.

Perhaps you can be more specific with the problems you're seeing?

You may want to try using 1ST_READ.BIN from sbstnc's fork just to see if anything changes for you: viewtopic.php?p=195197#p195197
