My Dreamcast has the 1 next to the region code on the shell, 2 on the board near the bottom on the inside, a plastic fan and the 3.3V on the metal...

try a different rom. You want .gdi or worst case scenario .cdi files. Don't convert from .chd. Try a .gdi from here --->
