Burning/Modifying a special TOC for session 2?

Unfortunately, and once again, I find myself in peril:

For some unimportant, DC-related reasons, I have to modify the Table Of Contents in the Lead-in of session 2.

In my usual layout, the first session contains track01 and track02. No problem with that.
Session 2 however starts with track03, track04, track05 etc... that's why the second session TOC uses "3" as a base. To save multiple hours of unnecessary coding, I want the second session TOC to use "1" as a base! >_<

That's why I'm asking:

Does any of you know of a hacking routine/burning program which does the trick?
