Hey guy's! I'm from Venezuela but live in Miami few years ago.

I'm looking for some tips. I'm doing some research to buy a retro-console and the Dreamcast always caught my attention. Never have the pleasure to play with one before. I'm a huge fan of Resident Evil and I think Dreamcast is the best platform for the classic game.

What tips can you give me to have a better approach. The Dreamcast have only one model? Can I play in my smart TV or is better buy a retro TV? Etc..

Dreamcast does progressive scan 480p with the use of VGA box, the s-vid is great too the last system to make it nice

Retro TVs for me personally cherish my boobtubes xP

EDIT: There are also VA2s a circled 2 underneath Dreamcast that you want to avoid, although I read it is rare to see Dreamcast with burns with MIL-CD exploit removed
