Hi. It's hard to find an original Xploder boot disk. The on one isozone isn't a boot disk (but an MP3 player and the other is a code manager or something). Where can Xploder be downloaded?

By the way, is there a composite to VGA adapter so you can plug it in a PC monitor even if it's not VGA resolution (this is for games that don't do VGA no matter what)?

The majority of VGA-boxes have a 15/31khz switch, so if you run into a game that doesn't support VGA you can simply put the box on 15khz. Do note; not all VGA-monitors will accept the lower resolution, however the majority of TV's do)

I always wondered. I read somewhere xploder discs make non vga games run on vga. is this true? will this even work with pal skies of arcadia or code veronica?

Most boot discs can go around a VGA check, but some games will not run in VGA at all. Code Breaker is on the ISO zone and is good enough. I have a Gameshark.

I should check if my vga box has a switch for non vga games, I didn't know that the exploder disc could be used in some cases to circumnavigate the vga check, interesting.

I recently found it in Cue/Bin format (it is uploaded in archive.org looking for Dreamcast Japan)

Dont forget CodeBreaker and Xploder are the same just a different name and pictures.

CodeBreaker = USA
Xploder = European PAL

Both Accept Action Replay CDX PAL and GameShark CDX USA codes also the same just different names pictures.

CODEBREAKER/Xploder DC Use VMU for saving reading New Codes.

Action Replay/GameShark required a special Memory Unit.

CodeBreaker / Xploder share a common problem when you add new cheats and save it does not handoff the VMU resulting in it constantly saving to VMU.

You have to either Power Off! And restart or you Not Recommended Pull Out VMU and Reinsert to use it again.

Eventually the Codes you add also get messed up and mostly disappear.

There is a cracked CodeBreaker Version for Backups/Multi Region you load loader then CodeBreaker then CDI.

GDEMU of course you just use CodeBreaker.
