Yes, those are Alcohol files sorry I forgot. Those should be easily burned with that program or IMGBurn as well.

i always use alcohol 120 with great luck and i use those same settings. But this file for me shows as a .mds file at 5kb and a .mdf file at 733,533kb when i extract it with 7zip.
