Goal: Get the highest score in Arcade mode as the aliens.

Out of This World! - Win an Alien Front Online competition
Exterminate! - Get 115,000 kill points or more
Sniper - Achieve an Accuracy rating of 75% or better
Team Player - Earn a Team Contribution rating of 75% or better

Update 2/14/2012:

The competition has been extended for another week.

Here's my first entry of 389,000 points.

I may be able to have a go at this tonight, will probably film my attempts using video cap simply because as my DC is in the front room, if the other half wants to watch tv I can't use my DC, so at least if I video cap it via my laptop I can play with my earphones in and not disturb her lol

You may not want to record this one as an Arcade Mode playthrough can last a while. Depending on how well you do it can last 30mins to an hour. Unlike most other games you don't get Game Over after a certain amount of deaths. It's all based on a time limit. You start with a certain amount of time and every time you beat a level it adds time to the clock. You can also get time bonuses for certain things. You get two continues before it's Game Over.

I was going to say, I'm sure there was some kind of life limit wasn't there? I'll bear it in mind when I start, not sure when I will get a moment to do this then if it does last long. it's not the mission mode is it? Just Arcade, I can't remember the different game modes lol

It's the Arcade mode. Tactics mode is just a bunch of single missions to play through. In arcade mode you just play until it's Game Over.

cool, fingers crossed I will give this a whirl tonight, I will just have my camera handy, does the score screen stay up long enough?

Yup. In fact it stays up a lot longer than most games.

sworry guys, I haven't been able to play much live stuff recently (or PSO for that matter), I'm just busy with some other stuff atm. have a blast on this one

is it literally a case of keep going, continues and all until you run out of time? or do you not use any continues?
