This month's Dreamcast Live Challenge has started. Here it is:

Game: Toy Commander

Challenge: Complete the first level (Boiling Rage) in 1:00 or less. You must get all three eggs in the pot.

Room: Kitchen and Dining Room
Level: Boiling Rage

Complete this challenge to receive the I Like Boiled Eggs achievement. You must upload a YouTube video of you completing this challenge as proof.

Awesome! Finally a game you like I'm not to great at it either. It took me about an hour of tries to get it. The minimum time to beat this level is 1:45 so beating it in 1:00 or less is quite the feet.

Can I give this a try on Saturday morning GMT time? I might get a chance tomorrow afternoon, just in case I miss the window!

I'll go ahead and extend the challenge a few more days so you'll have a good amount of time.

hey bud, I'm getting my copy of Toy Commander tomorrow, I didn't realise it was still at my parents place, so hopefully will get an attempt or two in tomorrow or Monday.

ok hang on does it not count if I simply complete the mission which is to get 2 in?? I did it with 2 eggs, 1 is already in the pot... I shall be miffed if I have to do this again to get all three in lol

Yeah, you need to get all three of the eggs that are on the cutting board in the pot. There should be four total in the pot at the end (including the one that's already in there). I was originally going to do just the one minute but I found it too easy .

oh well good for you! This is driving me fucking crazy, I can get two in and it boils, but all 3? fuck right off

Ok after over an hour of dicking around with this useless fucking mission I finally managed this:

Put quite simply, if the above attempt doesn't count i will be ceremonially destroying my copy of Toy Commander

Well, it's called a "challenge" for a reason. It took me over an hour to finally get this. Don't frustrate yourself. If you're not having fun trying to complete the challenge then there's not much point in doing it.
