I believe these are all hints from SEGA that thier new tablet KIDSPAD will have these titles on it.

I also wonder if Sonic 4: Episode 2 will released on KIDSPAD as well.

These games are appearing as Dreamcast due to Gamespot's HTML code. It will add the (Dreamcast) to the end of whatever you are looking at if you browsed there from a Dreamcast game. Here's an example using the new game Catherine.

I emailed Gamespot inquiring on the matter, this is the response I have received;

"We apologize for any confusion this may have caused. It is simply a mistake in the way our video app is coded."
