Is there any way i can fixed this? or should i just get another one?

Poor connection will lead to insuficient power, when the dc has insuficient power to operate it will reset.
You need to regain that connection.

A similar method to the one linked to has worked for me before to fix the 'random restart' issue.

I would make some additions to the procedure though, based on my own experiences.

It's a good idea to hit the power button (turn the DC on) after unplugging the power cable from the back. This will allow the caps in the power supply to drain, thus avoiding a potential source of electrical shock. Turn it off again after a few seconds...

Also the power switch connector to the power board isn't really a straight pull out so "gripping the connector at the base and pulling it" (as it says in the link provided) won't really work. There is a thumb latch on the top that you need to apply pressure too in order to free the plug. Simply 'pulling' from the bottom won't release the plug, and will probably damage something if you pull hard enough. You'll see what I mean when you get your DC open...

Another thing that is left out is that along the side where the screws go into the power board there is another small plastic latch that clips the board to the dreamcast. After removing the screws you will need to push this latch back a bit to free the board.

For cleaning the pins I'd use DeoxIT. After cleaning them with that, I highly doubt you'd even need to 'bend' or even 'slightly push' the pins in any way. DeoxIT or not, you should check to see if simple cleaning solved the problem -BEFORE- attempting to "bend" anything... You probably won't need to go to that extent.
