Soul Calibur won't burn?!?!?

I tried to burn a cdi file to a CD-R, but when the DC bios loads, it doesn't load the game. And goes to the bios menu. Please help?

Is the game selfboot? or does it require a boot disk to load?

If it's selfboot (I'm 99% sure it is since you downloaded a CDI):

Which version are you burning? DCRes, or oRars? It might help to check what the bios menu CD-Player says when you try to play the disc as a CD.
Also: Have you tried reburning the disc? Maybe it was just one messed CD-R, happens to me too from time to time.
