I'm trying to help my friend get into PSO and we've run into a problem with connecting to the servers. It ends up saying there's an error and the servers might be under maintenance. We used this tutorial https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9D1010wU0BQ. One thing we noticed is his dial-up number is different from ours (ours are both the same) and we're not sure how he arrived to that.
