Best way to play Metal Gear 2 for MSX?

Hey,
I seem to remember someone put together a nice package to play Metal Gear 2: Solid Snake for MSX2 on Dreamcast a while back. Unfortunately, that cool prototype of Sons of Liberty from last year is interfering with my Google results.
Is this what I was thinking of, or is there a better way?
