VA0 With ReDream PSU GDEMU Question

My Dreamcast is a VA0... I think.
It's a Japanese model with the heat-pipes and the Extension module is not a modem or BBA, just a "Termination" unit according to the PCB inside it.
I have already installed a ReDream PSU from Rexus.
I have also mostly been using my console with a Terraonion M.O.D.E. installed too.
My question is regarding the supposed required resistor array mod that is recommended for VA0 consoles when installing a GDEMU.
Is it necessary for me to do that, given that I have the ReDream PSU installed?
So far as I can tell no damage has been caused to my M.O.D.E. using it in a VA0 console.
Although I have never used the original PSU with the M.O.D.E. installed, and don't plan on putting it back inn either.
I use my M.O.D.E. shared between this Dreamcast, my Saturn as well as my PlayStation.
However, I was looking to have a more permanent ODE installation for all three at some point, as although the M.O.D.E. is compatible with all three; I am conscious of wearing connection that weren't intended to be messed around with repeatedly.
I'd order a M.O.D.E. for all three, but the cost is quite substantial and if I can use a GDEMU instead it would give me the exact same final product I am looking for at a fraction of the price.
To clarify:
Can I simply drop a GDEMU in my VA0 Dreamcast which also has a ReDream PSU without having to replace the resistor arrays without damaging either the console or the GDEMU?
If not, then I may have to consider my options in regard to a permanent ODE for this console a little more.
Thanks in advance.
