I was fooling around in the PS Store a bit, trying to find all the Dreamcast released games currently available on the Playstation Store for PS4/PS5 consoles in some kind of form. Some are direct ports while others are remasters/very different from the Dreamcast version. So far I have found:
  • Alone in the Dark: The New Nightmare (PS1 version)
Buzz Lightyear of Star Command (PS1 version)
C-Smash VRS (VR-game based on Cosmic Smash)
Cyber Troopers Virtual-On Masterpiece 1995~2001 (requires japanese PS Store account to be able to buy)
Garou: Mark of the Wolves (called Faral Fury: Mark of the Wolves on Dreamcast)
Giga Wing (DLC for Capcom Arcade Stadium)
Grandia 2 (part of Grandia HD Collection)
    Gunbird 2
    Ikaruga
King of Fighters '99 (Neo Geo version)
    King of Fighters 2000
King of Fighters 2001 (Neo Geo version)
King of Fighters 2002 (Neo Geo version)
King of Fighters 2002 Unlimited Match (remade version of KoF 2002)
    Mr Driller (PS1 version)
    Rainbow Cotton
Resident Evil Code Veronica X (PS2 version)
    Rez Infinite (VR available)
    Shadow Man Remastered
    Shenmue 1 & 2
Space Channel 5 VR: Kinda Funky News Flash
    Star Wars: Demolition (PS1 version)
    Star Wars Episode 1 Racer
Street Fighter Alpha 3 (DLC for Capcom Arcade 2nd Stadium)
Toy Story 2: Buzz Lightyear to the Rescue (PS1 version)
    Tony Hawk's™ Pro Skater™ 1 + 2
    Worms World Party (PS1 version)
    Worms Armageddon (PS1 version)
Some Atomiswave releases are also available:
  • Metal Slug 6 (part of Metal Slug Anthology, PS2)
    Samurai Shodown VI
    The Rumble Fish +
    The Rumble Fish 2
Please let me know if I've missed anything. :)

I'm feeling lazy at the moment. It you want to get a head-start on growing this list, try cross-referencing the List of Dreamcast games on Steam.

Also, doesn't PSN have a ton of backwards-compatible PS1/PS2 titles?
