T-Mobile Home Internet doesn't support port Forwarding, any workaround?

Hi there,
I recently got my Dreamcast online again and while setting up the connection, I noticed that my ISP (T-Mobile 5G Home Internet) doesn't support port Forwarding or DMZ configuration. I read that It has something to do with the fact that the router uses ipv6 rather than ipv4 settings, so I doubt I would be able to change that. Is there some kind of workaround so I can play every Dreamcast game?

I've heard of similar issues with some ISPs using IPv6. It can be a bit tricky to configure certain devices with IPv6.

I heard most isp can give you an ipv4 if you ask them. A lot of peoples problems got fixed that way.

Would also recommend purevpn:

One setup I also used for a long time was a second router plugged into the IP's router (mine was an older Apple Airport Express) that I used just for the DreamPi that had configurable router options to open ports to assigned ip.
