Driving Strikers Dialing issue w/DreamPi

so for Driving Strikers...does anyone else have it say "error when dialing number" when trying to connect online? Also right before that it shows that it trying to dial number: ________. How do I make it dial the right number with the DreamPi? Is it BBA only?

Same/Similar issue, the game starts dialing and I even show up on dreamcast now very briefly, but never gets to the reality jump screen. try restarting your router and then dialing right after, it’s the only way I’ve been able to get online, someone was going to help me figure out the issue but I’ve been really busy the last 2 weeks and haven’t been able to message them about it

Use xdp or whatever browser disc and set your dial number to 111-1111 and see if thay helps.

Hi! Yeah as Xiden said try configuring your browser settings with XDP, or Dreamkey 3, or Planetweb.

It seems that some people have some slightly odd dial settings in their flash where it looks like the settings are configured but they are coming back empty. I'm not sure exactly which browser disc is doing that - it's only affected a small percentage of people.

Resetting them with a browser disc seems to fix the issue.

Okay I reset my internet setting using PlanetWeb. I had originally set them up with the Quake 3 game, so that might be the setup option that is causing blank phone numbers to dial into. NOW on the DreamPi it will dial in and pull up the Reality Jump page that has the QR Code. My phone can't read that color QR Code or something, so I manually entered the web address it listed (Yes I double checked to make sure I entered it correctly). It comes back with a white page saying that "We cannot connect to the server" at that address. I use Firefox as a browser BTW. Therefore I cannot play the game online STILL cause I cannot get past that screen.

Cannot connect to server would imply that the domain was mistyped or the server was having a temporary issue. It's definitely there now: https://signin.realityjump.co.uk/

I also use Firefox

Could you try again and if it fails a screenshot of the browser would help me determine the problem.

Yeah, now I can connect online on my DreamPi and on my BBA. Now if there were only people to play. I guess I gotta wait for more people to get the game. But at least I can get past the Reality Jump QR Code page now. Thanks

so i reset my internet settings with planetweb and i still cant get to the reality jump screen. i get to logging in with user and then it says "there was a problem connecting to the network" before it can get to the reality jump screen every time, but if i reset my wifi router i can connect right after and get through and play matches

Yeah, it dials 111-1111 and I even show up on dreamcast now very briefly while it says “logging in with user” but if I don’t reset the router it will fail and won’t go to the reality jump screen. but if I reset the router it logs in with user and goes through the reality jump screen just fine
