Can't Configure Dreamcast Now!

Hello, when I type in my ip address into the box on the Configure Tab it still can't detect my Dreampi.
I am using a Raspberry Pi Zero W and so far I have played PSO online so I know I'm connected.
I haven't enabled DMZ for my Pi on my router settings yet.
On my Dreampi, when I type in "sudo wificonfig" it reads both my ipv4 and ipv6 together on a signle line like the example below.
"Your IP address is:
192.168.1.12 1234
xy12xy12:xyzz:xyz1:1234"
