Yeah it has mmu turned off you can run it on nulldc you cant if it uses mmu etc.. It's just set for the game it was compiled for can see it on debug the limits it can load..

What is mmu please ?

Nulldc does not work with it that's how you know

memory page mapping that's how aes4all can load roms larger then system ram.. Any emulator that can run wince games can run it but cant if they cant run wince games all of them use mmu

noob reasoning here, but i presume the lack of mmu use will increase the stuttering/loading?
at least for the bigger roms, like no precaching
