So all you did is removed the resistor from the board? Then it will display at 15khz?

My VGA box I put a switch, in the video it shows. The VGA cable already comes with pins 7 and 6 in gnd to have 15khz you need pin 7 only in gnd.
If your monitor supports 240p it will be displayed on the screen.

Awesome thanks! I only use straight VGA cables for my DC not VGA box, but this will be useful for others to know!

It's just to test the monitor if it has 15khz rgbhv but you need to remove the component shown in the photo to be only pin 7 in gnd with vga cable plugged in. Then just put the resistor back.
