I want to create some widescreen GDIs via hex editing in NTSC-US, but can only find PAL values

I only play certain games in widescreen, so it'd be most convenient for me if I could patch those games specifically. I appreciate the Codebreaker compilation that's out there, but I'm a bit clumsy with it.

I'll use Crazy Taxi 1 & 2 as the example.
There's a great resource here of hex values to find and replace, but only for PAL. However, the codes list has both USA and PAL for those games.

I've searched around for other lists that may include the games I'm interested in but am having no luck. Is there somewhere I missed? If not, what are my options?

If anyone could point me in the right direction I'd appreciate it.
