Checking if your monitor has 15khz support with vga cable:
As the VGA cable already comes with pins 6 and 7 on the ground need to leave only the 7 for the rgb.

I guess this monitor has easy mode to do panoramic screen view. I'm sure this is easy to do with windows 10 display settings. Is this a mode they have in monitor settings?

This would be cool for someone that wanted to make a racing simulation rig. People usually use PC's for this setup but it would be cool to hook up a dreamcast to this and play all the racing games this way.
