I have problem

Hi all,
Installed the bios chip with the piggyback option and can not get it to work. I have followed mmmonkeys guide and burned the files to a disc.
It worked the first time as I got the new bootup animation but when I removed the switch and hardwired it like in the guide the screen was black again and I am getting this message.
The console works with the switch selecting the original bios and black screen with the other position or with hardwire.
Now I am sad and lost
